Isera 907 Collezione is Trento doc cuvèe of Cantina d’Isera that best represents the expression of our territory. Born exclusively from the squeezing of Chardonnay grapes harvested from the vineyards cultivated with pergola or espalier method by our partner wine makers, on our hills, between 350 and 600 metres above sea level.
A Food pairing
Ideal as aperitif, ideal with raw fish and shellfish dishes. Excellent with aged cheeses and tasty cold cuts. To taste along with white pizza with mortadella and pistachios.
